New Trains

Austin had some money from Grandpa that we told him he could spend at the toy store so we decided since Dad was off, we'd take a little road trip to the Toys R Us in College Station. After a 30 minute drive, and playing with every train toy in the store, plus any other toy he could reach, Austin finally decided on these two items for his growing train set.

This set actually has a battery operated engine, and pulls the others along the track. Although Austin didn't realize that, we did, so when we got home and opened it, he was very surprised that it goes by itself. He's already worn out 2 batteries on it! Thank goodness for rechargeables!!

This is a Tower Bridge that opens to allow Sir Topham Hat to drive under. Very cool in the train world. :)
