Let's go fly a kite, up to the highest height

We headed back outside this afternoon to take advantage of the strong winds and fly our kite! Although we have had this particular kite for a few years (Blue Angels plane), we haven't gotten to use it much, cause it takes pretty strong wind to fly well. It stayed in the air extremely well today with all the high winds we were having!!!

Concentration

Oops, mayday...mayday!!!While Dad rescued the plane from the tree, Austin got in a few practice laps.We moved further down the yard after dad rescued the plane.

After letting the plane go up till we were out of string (about 100 feet up!) we headed back towards home.

Austin gave the plane such a lift off, that he crashed!After a few more laps in Lighting, we called it a day, as it was starting to sprinkle rain.

So much fun!!!
