I think all the SMES 3rd graders have been looking forward to this day for weeks. It's GREEK DAY! Since they have been studying ancient Greece in social studies, today they get to act it out as well. First up, wearing togas to school!
After lunch, it was time for a mini Olympics. The kids got to do a foot race, javelin throw, disk throw, and a high hump. All the kids did great and it was lots and lots of fun! I took a lot of pictures, but here's the best ones. :)
