Happy Halloween!!

This year, being new to the area, we hadn't planned to take Austin trick or treating, but the Boys and Girls Club hosted "Trunk or Treat" so we decided to that would be a good place to go. This was the first year he really trick or treated, in past years, we've just trick or treated at the grandparents houses. He did really well, and although he was a little shy - which shocked me! - and wouldn't say trick or treat, he did always say thank you!

Since dad was working, and it was just mom and Austin, I don't have any actual pictures of him trick or treating. After we made the rounds, we stopped by the fall festival that the local churches were holding at the fairgrounds. They had bounce houses, games, food, and some entertainment. Although it was nice, it was inside a small fenced area at the fairgrounds, and made for alot of people in a small space! We only really stayed long enough to play in one of the bounce houses. I took a few pictures, but you can't really see them. Austin was mostly content to just let the other kids bounce him around! And, once again shocking mom, he got right out when I told him to!
