After dropping Dad off, Mom and Austin hunted up some breakfast. We decided to go to Chick-fil-A.
Not only was Chick-fil-A not busy (unlike McDonald's which was swamped!), they had an AWESOME play area, designed just for toddlers! The area in the middle had 'walls' of a toddler town that had a fun house mirror, flip blocks, a maze type thing to move the animal pieces along, and a 'zoo' that had buttons to press with various sayings. It was really great!!

This car was really cool too. Look closely, Austin is peeking out the front tire. :) There were sound effects in the car too. In fact, there were sound effects just about everywhere! There was also a plane on the back side, but I couldn't get a picture of it.
After breakfast - and a small meltdown since Austin wanted to stay all day - we headed out to do a little shopping till Dad was ready for us to pick him up. There was a very nice mall not too far from us, so we headed over and did some shopping and alot of browsing. Then to pick up Dad, lunch, and check into the hotel! We had told Austin in the previous days that we were going to go spend the night in a hotel and he couldn't wait to get there. Although, he did remember staying in the hotel when we first got to Texas, and it had an indoor pool so he was ready to go swimming! Unfortunately, the hotel we stayed in this time didn't have an indoor pool and it was too cold for swimming outside!! But he was able to entertain himself with the footstool on wheels.
After taking a few rolls across the floor, he put on his new shirt so we could grab some dinner and hit up the outlets.
After getting some sleep, and a little more shopping, we finally headed home. Although I don't have any pictures from Friday, we all had a great time!!!
